DJ setup and supplier access notes

When planning an event at Plas Y Rhosyn, it is important for DJs to confirm access arrangements. While there is parking available, details on loading zones or if there are any stairs leading to the function suite should be clarified to ensure smooth equipment transport. Knowing the likely setup position is also essential, especially if large windows could potentially affect sound distribution.

It’s advisable to check the power supply specifics as well, including the number of outlets available and their location. Confirming whether there are any restrictions on setup times will help ensure a stress-free setup prior to the event.

Sound, timings and guest experience

Potential sound limitations should be verified, especially if there are residential areas nearby.
