Understanding Hogarths Stone Manor for Events

Hogarths Stone Manor, located in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, stands out due to its Tudor-style architecture and 30 acres of landscaped gardens. For mobile DJs, the first thing to notice is the available spaces, particularly those where events take place. The Hotel is a well-known place for weddings and events, giving it a distinct character ideal for gatherings.

The Garden Room and The Pump Rooms at Hogarths Stone Manor

The Garden Room serves as a primary space for receptions. It holds up to 170 guests and comes equipped with its own bar and toilets, making it practical for evening celebrations. The room’s large windows not only bring in natural light but also provide views over the gardens, which can be useful during cocktail hours or breaks. A refurbished patio area allows easy access to the outdoors.

Couples seeking an outdoor ceremony might choose The Pump Rooms, which recently earned a ceremony licence. Nestled within the grounds, this area accommodates up to 120 visitors. An aisle between heated gazebos leads to the ceremony space, providing a unique setting for vows. The surrounding ornamental gardens serve as an attractive backdrop for photographs, especially during warm seasons.

DJ Setup and Access Considerations

In terms of logistics, Hogarths Stone Manor offers solid facilities for DJs. The Garden Room has good acoustics, enhancing performances for both bands and DJs. Access to power is available, ensuring that all equipment can be easily set up. Transporting gear to The Garden Room is straightforward, thanks to its ground-floor location. For events in The Pump Rooms, the access is similarly uncomplicated, allowing for effective set-up before the ceremony.

What Reviews Say About Hogarths Stone Manor

Reviews are largely positive, with a consistent theme of exceptional service. Guests often mention the staff’s attentiveness and professionalism throughout the planning stages and during events. One review notes that the venue was ‘faultless’ and highlights the care shown by the staff. However, some feedback points out that specific music requests by guests were not fully met during one wedding, indicating that DJs may need to manage requests directly on the day.

Overall, Hogarths Stone Manor is a well-regarded venue that provides a flexible space for various events, bolstered by good support for mobile DJs.
