DJ setup and supplier access notes
Accessing The Old Hall Ely for setup can be straightforward, but it is vital for DJs to confirm specific logistics prior to the event. Parking facilities are available, but reviewing loading arrangements and proximity to the setup area is recommended. DJs should ask about any stairs or other obstacles that might complicate the loading process.
Setup positions inside the marquee should be discussed in advance to ensure that DJs can maximise sound quality and audience engagement. Additionally, it’s prudent to inquire about the venue’s power supply capabilities, as well as any potential sound limiters that might affect music volume during events.
