Eastington Park
Why Choose Eastington Park for Your Event?
Eastington Park is a wedding venue located in Stroud, Gloucestershire. This Grade II listed Georgian Manor is set on eight acres of gardens, providing a scenic and private spot for weddings. As a mobile DJ, the first thing I notice is the venue’s exclusive use policy. From midday of your wedding day to 10 am the following morning, you and your guests can enjoy the space without interruptions or other events happening simultaneously.
The ballroom is a key area for events, accommodating up to 118 guests for a seated meal and 250 for an evening reception. It features a striking staircase that serves as a great backdrop for photos and various rooms like The Nook for getting ready. Couples can hold ceremonies either in the ballroom or outdoors under a pergola, which offers excellent options depending on your preferences and the weather.
Logistics and Access at Eastington Park
Access for vendors is straightforward. There’s ample parking available for guests and suppliers, which simplifies logistics on the day of the event. The venue is equipped with a SONOS system throughout, making it an excellent choice for sound quality during your reception. This system allows for consistent audio, important for both background music and toasts. Having a 24-hour bar can also help maintain a lively atmosphere well into the evening.
Reviews of Eastington Park consistently highlight the professionalism of the staff. Many couples express gratitude for how accommodating the team is, often commenting on their exceptional communication. One review mentions, “nothing was too much trouble,” reflecting a supportive atmosphere for planning your event and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
