Osmaston Park
Osmaston Park: A Venue for Your Special Event
Osmaston Park sits in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. It offers a unique marquee for events, set in a peaceful countryside location. The estate spans 3000 acres, with rolling hills and a lake view that can impress any couple or event planner. As a DJ, I notice the importance of good access for equipment. The venue provides ample parking and a clear path for loading in. This makes setup and pack down straightforward.
The Marquee at Osmaston Park
The marquee at Osmaston Park is built on the old foundations of a manor house. It has spacious layouts that can accommodate up to 500 guests. Inside, the space features a dance floor and bar facilities, all within a beautifully decorated setting. The walls are designed to offer views of the estate, allowing couples and their guests to appreciate the surroundings while staying comfortable indoors. The venue allows ample time for decoration, so personal touches can be easily added before the big day.
DJ Logistics and Setup
From my experience, DJ access at Osmaston Park is good. There’s enough space to set up without feeling cramped. The marquee is fully equipped with power, which is crucial for sound systems and lighting. Sound regulations are not a concern here, as the estate’s size offers privacy from nearby noise restrictions. Additionally, you can choose your suppliers for catering and entertainment, which makes planning easier.
